Just when we thought everything was going great, this happen…

EDMONTON REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE NOV 25 - DEC 2 2016

After the Nov 18 – 25 real estate market rally, we’re hit once again with the this bad news. All the segments we are watching have beaten down. New Listings from All Edmonton Homes (-12.32%), Detached Single Family (-30.61%) and Condo Apartment (-2.63%) are on a decline with Semi-Detached & Townhouses being the only exemption, posting a 23.38% gain.

Edmonton Home Buyers are the main winners last week. Will this buying opportunity be extended this week? Let’s wait and see.
