WEDNESDAY MORTGAGE RATES: 08 FEB 2017

This Wednesday, two terms increased, namely the 4 year term with +0.05 and 7 year term with +.5. The 5 year term declined by -0.05 points while 1, 2, 3 & 10 year terms remained unchanged.
