150% Satisfied! Serge and Luc and the rest of the team went above and beyond my wife’s and I expectations. Serge showed tremendous patience while we looked for our new home.  To Whom It May Concern:

 We would just like to say how amazing Serge and Kate were in helping us find our first home.  We went through a very tough period attempting to find a home with different realtors that were horrible.  Just when we were about to give up and continue to be “renters” Serge seemed to come out of nowhere and save the day for us.  Serge was very thorough, informative, attentive and an amazing negotiator.  Serge got us even more then we asked for, for the price we wanted. The experience we had with Serge wasn’t that of “Realtor”/ “Buyer” it was more like having a good friend helping you out.  Serge not only took the time to help us find our great new home but he helped us on a more personal level, he truly is the epitome of a great realtor but an even better person.  Just when you thought that the service couldn’t get any better, you get to add Kate to the mix.  Kate was amazing and very accommodating in setting up meetings, following up with the sellers, tracking down hard to get documents, you asked for it she got it!  These two are such an amazing team that anyone who has the chance to use them but doesn’t are in our books very foolish.  When we plan on moving to a bigger home we will definitely be using Serge and Kate not only to sell our home but also to purchase whatever home we feel we have grown into.

 Serge and Kate turned a very stressful time into one of excellence and pure excitement on our part.  As first time home buyers we did not know a lot, in fact very little and these two took us down the path and ensured that any roadblocks that came up were quickly knocked down.
