We’re off to a running start! The Edmonton real estate market have bounced back from the slump it experienced in November-at least for now.
Looking at All Edmonton Homes, New Listings remained at 306, while Average List Price recovered a 1.74% increase. Average Sale Price also gained 1.34% and Average Sale Price / Sq Ft posted a 4.65% growth. Average Days on Market reached 75, translating to 1 11.94% uptick.

Just when we thought everything was going great, this happen…
After the Nov 18 – 25 real estate market rally, we’re hit once again with the this bad news. All the segments we are watching have beaten down. New Listings from All Edmonton Homes (-12.32%), Detached Single Family (-30.61%) and Condo Apartment (-2.63%) are on a decline with Semi-Detached & Townhouses being the only exemption, posting a 23.38% gain.
