Total Sales: 171

Edmonton real estate market update August 26 - Sep 2

Here are the stat difference compared to the week covering August 12 – 19 2016.

New Listings: -14
Average List Price: $497
Average Sale Price: $8,060
Average Sale Price / Sq Ft: $6
Average Days on Market: 15
Total Sales: -3

New listings slid down further losing 14 points. Average List Price just added $497 while Average Sale Price gained $8,060. The Average Sale Price / Sq Ft took in just $6 while total sales lost 3 points.
