We are closing the month of July with all the rates increased. The 1-year term mortgage rate gain +0.05%, 2-year term gain +0.2%, 3-year term gain +0.25%, 4-year term gain +0.1%, 5-year term gain +0.2%, 7-year term gain +0.25% and finally the 10-year term gain +0.1%.

The rates might change even further so take this opportunity to own that Edmonton property you’ve been dreaming of for years!
