Here’s your weekly dose of Edmonton Mortgage Rates update!

4 rates have change this week. The 1-year term mortgage rate gain +0.05%. From 2.34%, now it’s 2.39%.  While the 5-year, 7-year and 10-year term mortgage rates slid down by -0.10%, -0.25% and -0.40%. This is a chance for you to finally own that Edmonton property you’ve been dreaming of for years!
